Background
Kristian brings more than two decades of senior commercial leadership across compliance-driven and field service industries, including fire and safety, mining services, and industrial services. He served most recently as CEO for Australia and the Pacific at United Safety & Survivability Corporation, leading the post-acquisition build-out of the regional business under a private equity ownership model and growing the platform from $25 million to $110 million. Across that mandate he led eight acquisitions through full cycle — due diligence, completion, and operational integration. He is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New England, and now operates as Founder of Kinetic Business Strategies, providing fractional CEO, CFO, and board advisory services to founder-led and PE-backed businesses across a range of industries.
