Background
Former CEO and COO with a career scaling compliance-driven service businesses under institutional ownership across industrial services, electronic security, and industrial distribution. As CEO of Motion AsiaPacific (2014–2022), Roger led the turnaround of the privately held Inenco Group — the #1 industrial distribution business across AUS/NZ with a fast-growing position in Southeast Asia — through to a trade sale to GPC in 2019, with revenues of approximately A$700m. Earlier, as CEO of TSC Group, he led the management buyout of Hastie Services in partnership with Allegro PE, exiting to Engie / GdF Suez. As COO of Signature Security Group, he headed up Australian operations under Allco ownership through to a successful exit to Tyco. His earlier career includes Managing Director roles with Chubb Electronic Security across Australia and Benelux, and business development leadership across Kidde Europe.
